Birthday parties, sleep tests and the new school year, oh my!

Helloo!

Sarah and I had our birthday parties this past weekend. Every year, we have a big "friend" party when we invite all our friends, and we also have a "family" party where we invite our family members to a BBQ. This year for our "friend" party, we had a big murder mystery party! IT WAS SOOO MUCH FUN!!

Last night, I went to the hospital for a sleep test. They just wanted to check and see if I have sleep apnea (where you stop breathing when you're sleeping). The good news is, I don't have sleep apnea! The bad news is I didn't get any sleep.



Would YOU get any sleep with all that on your face/head/body? I didn't think so.

But, I did get to watch the season premiere of Bones (YAY!) and Sarah Palin's speech. Both of which were AWESOME!

We started school. It stinks. *sigh* oh well. Science isn't too bad. Algebra is.... Algebra. Meaning... TERRIBLE!

Randomosity

Hi ya'll!

I got the Fairy Tale Novels in the mail a couple days ago, and all I can say is, "THEY ARE AMAZING!!!" I couldn't put any of them down! I can't wait to read them again! The characters were awesome, I loved the writing style, and the Catholic tidbits that were thrown in ROCKED!

Fantasy Football

Sooo, my best friend Katie talked me into doing Fantasy Football this football season. Me. The girl who watches the superbowl because her parents buy good food. Or maybe because the quarterback's cute. But, I'm not really into the game. OK, not into it at all. But, I figured, that maybe if I do this, I'll actually watch the superbowl because I understand what's going on!

Anywho, today was the draft. And to put it mildly, I had NO idea what was going on. Plus, I couldn't hear the names, so whenever we asked for someone, the answer was pretty much always, "Taken." :( Ohhh well.

I'm sure that the nine (+) texans were wondering WHY I was bothering with this, and I'm sure I embarassed them. ;)

Wheee! We got a Wii!

YAYY!! Mom and Sarah went out this morning (very, very very early) to Circut City to get a Wii! It's our big Bday present from Gramma Pat! YAYAYAYAY!

Tonight I'm going to this big "Thank you" Shabang for the work camp. Yay? LOL

Fulfilling a request (more like a demand actually)

She is thirteen! AHHH! My baby sister is thirteen! STOP GROWING OLD!!

For her birthday, she got Camp Rock on DVD and she is going to get a new bike *OOOH! AAHH!*

Happy Belated Birthday to me...

Hey everyone!

GREAT NEWS!!

Today, I got a package in the mail. And written on it was: "Katie, we found it!" and the names of two of the counselors at the Work camp i went to!! IT WAS MY CAMERA!!!!!! AHHHHH!!!!!

Yesterday was my birthday, so what a great birthday present!!! I am SOOO happy! For my birthday, my parents ordered me some books by Regina Doman.

Actually, more specifically, the Fairy Tale Novels.

I'm REALLY excited. I've been wanting to read these books for a longg time <33
